Findings of the study are discussed, an analysis of survey data is presented, and full compliance with the statutory requirements of Title 44, United States Code, section 1904, is urged. An appendix includes a listing of the items surveyed in the study, and a memorandum from J.D. Livsey, Director, Library and Statutory Distribution Service, regarding requirements for new item surveys is attached. (RAO) |
