Administration Architectural Barriers Conference Reports Disabilities Federal Government Federal Programs Handicapped Children Legislation The booklet lists administrative and legislative recommendations from the White House Conference on Handicapped Individuals. Suggestions are made for such priority action items as consumer involvement in planning and decision making, establishment of a federal programs coordinating center, and enactment of a comprehensive national health insurance program.
