Attached is a memorandum from the state's superintendent of public instruction urging approval of the proposal. The second part contains the application form for programs requesting CEU's and outlines the procedures for filing it. Also included are the citations for three publications about the CEU and a description of the MICCLE Screening Committee--its membership, reviewing procedures, and approval process. (JD) |
