Berninger; "The Role of the Private Sector in Serving National Information Needs," Paul Zurkowski; "Benefits of Information Science," Andrew A. Aines; and "Policies to Coordinate Information Resources," Vernon E. Palmour. An article by Esther E. Horne and Gerald J. Sophar provides a brief overview of the papers. (JD)
