Two surveys examine printed self-guided library tours and conducted tours, while a third reports on non-formalized, point-of-use library instruction. Other papers review survey responses to questionnaires dealing with cassette tape use, transparency use, and computer-assisted instruction. Surveys also gathered data on the use of general library skills credit courses, upper-level subject-related credit courses, term paper clinics and consultations, and library school courses on instruction. Some statistical information and sample questionnaires for the surveys are included. (CWM)
