The purpose of the workshop was to identify individual leadership styles, identify and practice group process skills, review and practice effective communication skills, identify and seek solutions to organizational challenges in state professional organizations, and to apply workshop learnings to practical settings. A three-day schedule for the workshop is presented and the games and activities conducted are explained. Planning tips for conducting a successful workshop are included. (RAO) |
