This program developed at SUNY Cortland's Sperry Learning Resources Center and Computer Center is designed to maintain accurate data on rental and purchase films in both film and videocassette formats. File maintenance and update procedures for organizing these data are described for film titles, vendors, and prices. Also provided are a film library data element dictionary, explanations of the data elements for program coding sheets, and lists of file and record layouts and system output formats, including programs for film usage by academic department, departmental film budget expenditure, use date, film title reports, and film vendor labels.
