An application for funds under Title IV B is included with instructions for its completion. A program overview describes recent changes in the ESEA program, the allocation formula, an allocation notice, agencies receiving allocations, consortium projects, use of Title IV B funds, applying for those funds, planning, maintenance of effort, participation of nonpublic school children, selection of library resources, eligible and ineliglble expenditures, monitoring and evaluation, the administration of acquisitions, and fiscal guidelines.
