A copy of the questionnaire and various analysis sheets are included. The survey provided data concerning school enrollment, facilities, seating capacities, the number of supervisors, book detection systems, elementary scheduling, access at the high schools, shelving of audiovisual collections, overdues, lost items, replacement percentages, and the percentage of losses to total collections.
