The report contains introductory comments, as well as chapters on New Hampshire's economic and demographic background for library services; New Hampshire's library development statewide; the New Hampshire State Library; identification of present and projected needs within the state; long-range program objectives and procedures; public library construction; and the State Library's program evaluation policy.
