It focuses on five fields: (1) the coordination of educational and training activities; (2) the organization of international and regional training courses, seminars, and workshops; (3) the preparation of teaching materials, handbooks, and guidelines; (4) the promotion of user education in member states; and (5) assistance to the establishment and development of national and regional schools or training programs.
