The guide describes the purpose of the program; the roles of the field work student, the site supervisor, the advising faculty member, and the field work coordinator; and special learning situations such as internships, the student as consultant, and field work outside the Syracuse area. Aspects such as tuition remission, hours and credits, required products, grades, enrollment procedures, and contracts are also discussed. Lists of selected field work sites and sample field work projects are included. (FM)
