A model representing the conceptual framework for the institute provides for a needs assessment to be conducted by participants prior to the session in order to identify management problems from their own experience. These problems will be considered in relationship to specific management theory and a course of action prioritized for the solution of the problems. These strategies will be implemented by the participants in their own schools, and a follow-up evaluation to be sent after approximately six months will determine the effectiveness of the management techniques in solving the problems.
