Specific areas discussed include (1) facilities, (2) budget, (3) materials, (4) equipment, (5) personnel, (6) program of services, and (7) inservice programs. The indicators or goals in the evaluation guide focus on quality aspects of the library media program, and identify those observable areas which indicate that a quality program exists. Analysis is done on the basis of scales which measure the degree of acceptance and the degree of implementation given each goal.
