The study focuses on procedures for the identification and selection of nonprint educational media for circulation to public schools, and examines the extent to which nonprint materials for handicapped learners are included in the system of distribution. A profile of 16mm films, videotapes, and filmstrip set collections is provided. Funding sources, user requests, accessibility to materials, and profiles of the professional orientations of media directors surveyed are also given. (Author/MER)
