The survey found that 62 percent of the respondents were students and that 19 percent were professionals. The most frequented departments were science and technology, social sciences, business, history, and languages. Sixty-nine percent of the respondents used books, and 57 percent specified that they found the materials they were seeking. Seventy-six percent of respondents who asked for assistance were satisfied with the help they received. Tables present a complete breakdown of the data gathered. Coding instructions and a copy of the questionnaire are provided. (FM) |
