The second section lists community and junior colleges, colleges and universities alphabetically by name of the institution in two separate alphabetical sequences for New Jersey and New York. Information provided for all entries in the directory includes the name of the library, its location, special equipment provided for the handicapped, accessibility of the library to the handicapped, and the name of the person to contact for more information.
