This report reviews the assessment of the project's effectiveness in the establishment of a data base, the development of collections and staff, and the utilization of the interlibrary loan system. Although the lack of clerical support was cited as a major problem, it was reported that the project represented an important step in the more efficient utilization of available resources. (JCD)
