The first section provides the institutional and library profiles and descriptions of the library and higher education environments, including facilities, online services, user expectations, and national library-related developments. User, service delivery, and management needs are the focus of the second section. The final section describes various action plans developed by the project, e.g., for personnel, a centralized computer, and weeding. A bibliography of 16 citations, two appendices, and many tables and figures are provided. (RBF)
