Entries are arranged by author or title within each section, with the exception of the sections on curriculum collection materials and government publications. Entries in these two sections are arranged by main entry. Entries cover such subjects as acculturation, agricultural laborers, bilingualism, migrant children, civil rights, intermarriage, land grants, mental hygiene, strikes and lockouts, and migration.
