Each of the papers or set of papers delivered on a particular topic is followed by a transcript of the succeeding question and answer period. Appended are a list of details on the conference participants and a paper entitled"Speaking Volumes," by Tony Austin, which discusses the importance of libraries and media centers in the educational process, and especially in the development of a literate populace.
