  • Native American Programs and Research: A Survey Report Conducted by Arizona State University. American Indian Education American Indian Studies College Curriculum College Programs Community Services Courses Enrollment Higher Education Postsecondary Education Research Projects State Universities Surveys A university-wide survey was conducted in February and March 1980 to learn the scope of research and of other academic and service activities devoted to the American Indian at Arizona State University (ASU). All of the University's major academic units responded. Only two of the major colleges (College of Architecture and College of Business Administration) had no Native American-related activities. Responses (most of which have been updated) are arranged alphabetically by college, library, or other academic and service units. Information for each college is listed by departments, courses, research, and community services. The ASU Ad Hoc Committee on Native American Programs' purpose, members, and goals are included, as well as ASU's American Indian enrollment statistics, and ASU's Native American student services, organizations, and activities.
