They report on (1) services to physically handicapped persons; (2) services to persons with limited English-speaking ability; (3) services to the institutionalized; (4) services to the aging; (5) services to disadvantaged persons; (6) major urban library statistics for fiscal year 1979-1980; (7) public library construction LSCA II; and (8) interlibrary cooperation LSCA III.
