The items were selected from questions submitted to the School Certificate Development Unit by teachers in New South Wales. Only the content and processes which can be tested easily with multiple choice questions are covered. Subject areas include biology, chemistry, physics, geology, health, astronomy, and the scientific and experimental methodologies. Many questions are based on diagrams, tables, and other illustrations. The present volume also includes an index of the content and processes covered by items in the first two volumes of the Science Library of Test Items. (CM)
