Varlamoff (France) of the reasons for creating an IFLA working group on exhibitions, and the material, technical, and administrative problems related to exhibitions; and (4) "Loan Items for Exhibitions," a translation from German of a manual of legally-binding regulations covering the lending of items for exhibitions from the Bavarian State Library, including sample loan application and contract forms, and a description of the development and adoption of the regulations.
