Focusing on library use, the final section considers reference databases, publicity, library maintenance and procedures, and the importance of the agency library. Eight appendices include a list of local and state resources, Council of State Agency Libraries bylaws, a list and map of regions of cooperation, rules for filing catalog cards, information for ordering the United States Government Books Catalog, a table of frequently used measurements for library space planning, and a list of sources of equipment and supplies.
