Most of the projects are organized into the following curriculum areas: reading/language arts, multidisciplinary studies, mathematics, social studies, and science. Class activities having similar objectives appear together. Several projects within each curriculum area are described in detail, while the remainder are listed by title and are described briefly. Appendices include instructions for binding books, suggestions for setting up a classroom library of books written by students, and steps involved in organizing a field trip. (JW)
