The process of professional integration includes both cultural reentry and professional dimensions of reentry. Attention is directed to specific skills and knowledge acquisition, as well as to an overall view of transition as a part of the educational continuum. Although the information is geared specifically to the needs of developing world students, it may also be of interest to the international educator.
