Part A provides data on students, including information on high school students' attendance at orientation; distribution of incoming freshmen by year, high school average, and placement test results; geographic distribution of incoming freshmen; student financial aid services; and private donations. Part B presents a faculty profile, containing information on faculty distribution by degree, rank, and year; distribution of faculty contracts, promotions, and licenses; and faculty projects. Part C includes data on programs and instruction, considering distribution of available space, faculty per program per year, faculty teaching loads, enrollment of students, student headcount enrollments, student withdrawals, academic suspensions, and degrees awarded. Part D covers learning resources, including information on expenditures for library resources, library use, the audiovisual budget, and financial support. Part E includes information on college administration, such as salaries of student services and non-student services personnel, equipment and supply costs per program, budgeting, utilities costs, and square footage of working space.
