Based on data from the fiscal year 1984 LSCA Annual Reports, each report was written by an administrative librarian who has key responsibility for collecting those particular data, and illustrates how LSCA funds were used to provide library services in one of the following areas: Library Services to Physically Handicapped Persons; Library Services to Persons with Limited English-Speaking Proficiency; Library Services to the Institutionalized; Major Urban Resource Libraries and Metropolitan Public Libraries Which Serve as National or Regional Resource Centers; Public Library Construction, LSCA II; and Interlibrary Cooperation, LSCA III. A report on library services to the aging is scheduled to be completed and published separately. (THC) |
