Wesley); (8) "Public Relations: A Tool for Library Development" (K. J. Mchombu); and (9) "Collection Development and Dependence within the SADCC Configuration of Eastern, Central, and Southern African States" (J. R. Neill). Appendices include guidelines for authors interested in contributing to future volumes and a bibliography of DSE publications on information and documentation. (THC)
