The parts of the report include: the Commission (establishment, membership, headquarters, meetings, staff, and committees); recommendations for amendment of Public Law 98-101 which contains the Commission mandate; general framework for the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the formation of the Constitution of the United States (significance, scope, state cooperation, private participation, governmental cooperation, and national holiday creation); provisional list of projects to be undertaken or encouraged by the Commission; major commemorative dates of the Bicentennial; and a brief conclusion.
