Contained and described in this report are: (1) fundamental beliefs and principles; (2) levels of the career ladder; (3) domains of competence; (4) competencies and indicators; (5) multiple data sources; (6) evaluation processes for Levels II and III; (7) visits by evaluators; (8) the Tennessee Career Ladder Test; (9) scoring and equating the test; (10) notification of results; (11) rights of the library media specialist; (12) evaluation system instruments; (13) a glossary of terms; and (14) a list of career ladder personnel.
