Basic information about the library is provided in seven chapters: (1) Library Orientation; (2) Readers' Services; (3) Card Catalog; (4) Topic Approach to the Catalog; (5) Basic References and Periodical Indexes; (6) Other References; and (7) Microforms. The text is supplemented with four illustrations, and the appropriate exercise book assignments are indicated at the end of each chapter. (KM) |
