The following campus resources are covered: study skills, tutoring, and academic skill building programs; academic advising and the academic deans' offices; programs for students with special needs; library services; audiovisual, computing and testing services; health services/personal counseling; and career advising and placement/vocational counseling programs. Information on U.S. education is included for foreign teaching assistants. A three-page annotated bibliography deals with general works, journals, and books on test construction. A list of teacher assistant handbooks is also provided. Appended is a six-page list of audiovisual resources for improving teaching methods and techniques. (SW) |
