Overviews also highlight the activities of the Operations Department; the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, including the regional collection, reader services, reader recruitment, the reader population, reader usage of library materials, the volunteer program, and working relationships with other organizations; the Data Processing Department; and the Public Relations Department.
