This plan comprises 20 recommendations for accomplishing a three-part automation program: (1) statewide database, (2) library network linking, and (3) consulting and training. Goals, assumptions, and principles assumed for implementing the plan are presented, and the report concludes with a discussion of the priorities recommended by the committee and a list of the committee members.
