In addition to statements of goals and objectives, this report includes an executive summary; background information on the community and its libraries; five charts/maps showing the geography of the county and various factors related to libraries; profiles of individual libraries of each type represented in the county; and a report on an assessment of the current status of library services and resources in the county, including levels of public library service, growth, governmental changes, interlibrary cooperation, and library education.
