Andruss Library of Bloomsburg University (Pennsylvania). A rationale for the project and a plan of action are followed by a production time line and tentative program outline. An outline of the library orientation program indicates the topics to be covered, including building facilities, the various types of resources in the library collections, library services, and policies. A set of flowcharts for the project is also provided, and a video-computer-audio script for the videodisk recording concludes this report. (EW)
