Eleven appendices include information on current goals for the six academic divisions and for teacher education programs; check sheets for teacher education and other programs; information and forms used during student teaching and during observation or participation; draft of a proposed elementary education program; statement of the affirmative action program; advisement materials; Keating Library student evaluation questionnaire; and materials on facilities, equipment, and resources supporting education programs.
