A report on the activities of the Library Development Division shows the allocation of state aid and Library Services and Construction Act (LCSA) Titles I and III funds to public library systems, and a narrative report on children's services. Overviews also highlight a summary of finances for Fiscal Year 1987 and for an average of five fiscal years (FY 1983-FY 1987), as well as the activities of: (1) Agency Support Services; (2) Library Operations; (3) the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped; and (4) continuing education programs for public, school, and academic libraries, and for the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.
