A total of 14 master's fellowships, 9 doctoral fellowships, and three institutes were funded, and abstracts of each are provided. Each fellowship abstract includes the name and address of the institution receiving the funding, project director, number and level of the fellowship, amount of funding, grant period and number, priorities selected, and project objective(s). Each institute abstract includes the name and address of the funded institution, project director, number of participants, amount of funding, grant period and number, length of institute, priority selected, and program objective(s). Six tables summarize the history of the Title II-B funding from 1966-1988. (EW)
