Each report focuses on one of eight key LSCA program areas: (1) "Literacy Activities" (Adrienne Chute); (2) "Library Services to the Blind and Physically Handicapped" (Clare DeCleene); (3) "Library Services to the Handicapped" (Clare DeCleene); (4) "Library Services to the Institutionalized" (Trish Skaptason); (5) "Library Services to the Elderly" (Trish Skaptason and Sandy Pemberton); (6) "Public Library Construction" (Donald Fork); (7)"Interlibrary Cooperation and Resource Sharing" (Dorothy Kittel); and (8) "Library Services through Major Urban Resources Libraries Which Serve as National or Regional Resource Centers" (Clarence Fogelstrom).
