Mathu); (5) "User Studies: How To Identify Potential and Actual User Needs" (K. J. Mchombu); and (6) "Information and Users: How To Bring Them Together--The Intermediary Role of the Professional" (J. M. Ng'ang'a). References are included in each of the six papers, and two appendixes present a description of a news magazine, "Information Trends," and a list of 14 reports from the German Foundation for International Development.
