Methods of obtaining these books are described, including purchasing them from a bookstore, taking them out of a library, and ordering them from a publisher. Suggestions are provided for how girls can talk to their parents about puberty. Suggestions range from thinking about picking a good time and place to talk to writing as an alternative to talking to parents. Specific information about menstruation is provided.
