Sections on library resources cover the following: (1) the card catalog; (2) Library of Congress Subject Headings; (3) searching the online catalog of the Libraries of the Missouri Information Network (LUMIN), which holds approximately 1.2 million bibliographic records; (4) Library of Congress and Dewey Decimal classification systems; (5) how to locate and borrow materials in the Ellis Library; (6) bound and online periodicals and newspaper indexes; (7) serials; (8) government documents; (9) microforms; (10) encyclopedias; (11) dictionaries; (12) biographical sources; (13) atlases; (14) almanacs and statistical records; and (15) books and film reviews, plot summaries, and pamphlets.
