The report begins with a review of the Central Administration and Support Services Division of the USDB, and a description of the Utah Project for Deaf-Blind Children and Youth. A section on the Utah School for the Deaf focuses on its: Parent Infant Program; Oral/Aural Ogden Division; Total Communication Ogden Division; Oral/Aural Extension Division; Total Communication Extension Division; Outreach Division; Health Services Department; and Media Library Center. For the Utah School for the Blind, the following services are reviewed: Parent Infant Program; Ogden Division; Autism Program; Deaf-Blind Program; Extension Division; and Teacher Consultant Program.
