The report also: (1) reviews the 1979 White House Conference and looks into the future beyond the conferences, discussing how to keep citizen delegates committed and active for a minimum of one year after the 1991 White House Conference; (2) discusses resolutions, procedures for preparing resolutions, and the official resolution form; (3) reproduces clip-art logos produced for the White House and Texas conferences; (4) lists personnel involved in the Texas Library Association and statewide and regional committees; and (5) provides a timeline of the Texas conference process.
