A paper called "Adult Education Software for INSAT" discusses satellite communications, direct broadcasting, television, the Indian National Satellite (INSAT), communication support for adult education, India's Satellite Instructional Television Experiment, software planning, the production process, and software formats. The final article, "Communication Technology for the National Literacy Mission" addresses the issues identified for the success of the mission, strategy, communication components and inputs, and the future.
