The services that are provided are listed, and it is noted that the library uses bookmarks, flyers, and public service announcements via newspapers, cable outlets, and radio stations to publicize these services. In addition, the library has found it inexpensive and effective to stamp first class mail with colorful, inviting slogans. Reproductions of some of these slogans and a library brochure conclude the report. (MAB)
